• Refund conditions

Vendor Independence

Vendors operate independently.

The Hikers Hub is not responsible for:

• Vendor performance
• Safety management
• Guide conduct
• Operational delivery

Safety Acknowledgement

Guests acknowledge that outdoor activities involve risks and agree to participate voluntarily.

Guests should ensure they are physically fit and properly equipped for participation.

Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Submit fraudulent listings
• Manipulate reviews
• Abuse other users
• Violate laws
• Interfere with platform operations
• Attempt unauthorised access
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes

Payments & Fees

Payments are processed through approved third-party providers.

Platform commissions and applicable service fees may be deducted before Vendor payouts.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are subject to Vendor policies and marketplace rules.

Weather, safety, or operational concerns may affect activities.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Hikers Hub shall not be liable for:

• Injuries
• Damages
• Vendor conduct
• Third-party actions
• Booking disputes
• Activity disruptions

Account Suspension

The Hikers Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating platform rules or creating risks to users or the platform.

Intellectual Property

Platform content, branding, and systems remain the property of The Hikers Hub.

Users may not reproduce or distribute platform content without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by African law.
