Guest Waiver & Assumption of Risk Agreement

1. Acknowledgement of Risk
Guests acknowledge that outdoor and adventure activities involve inherent risks including but not limited to:
- Injury
- Illness
- Death
- Weather hazards
- Terrain hazards
- Wildlife encounters
- Equipment failure
- Physical exertion
- Remote environments
- Transport-related incidents
Participation is entirely voluntary.
2. Assumption of Risk
Guests voluntarily assume full responsibility for all known and unknown risks associated with participation in activities booked through The Hikers Hub.
Guests acknowledge that risks may arise from:
- Natural conditions
- Environmental hazards
- Actions of Providers or participants
- Equipment or transport failures
- Personal fitness limitations
3. Medical Responsibility
Guests confirm they are physically and medically capable of participating in booked activities.
Guests are responsible for disclosing relevant medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or limitations where necessary.
4. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guests release and hold harmless:
- The Hikers Hub
- Its directors
- Staff
- Affiliates
- Contractors
- Partners
from liability relating to injuries, losses, damages, illness, or death arising from participation in activities.
5. Provider Responsibility
Guests understand that activities are independently operated by Providers.
The Hikers Hub acts solely as a marketplace platform and does not supervise or operate activities.
6. Acceptance
By booking or participating in activities through The Hikers Hub, Guests acknowledge they have read, understood, and accepted this Waiver & Assumption of Risk Agreement.
